1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Snipers Syndicate website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of Utah and Arizona. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our services.

2. Membership and Services

2.1 Membership Requirements

• Members must be at least 18 years of age
• Members must complete the application process
• Members must demonstrate firearm safety competency
• Annual membership fee of $75.00 is required
• All fees are non-refundable once membership is activated

2.2 Range Access

Our range location is undisclosed. Members receive GPS coordinates and access protocols upon membership approval. Range access is subject to weather conditions, maintenance schedules, and compliance with all safety rules.

3. Safety and Conduct

All members must strictly adhere to range safety protocols and conduct standards as outlined in the member handbook. These rules are provided upon membership approval and must be acknowledged before range access is granted.

Violation of any safety rule or conduct standard may result in immediate membership termination without refund.

4. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

4.1 Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with firearm use, including but not limited to: equipment malfunction, ricochets, hearing damage, eye injury, burns, cuts, and death. You understand that no amount of care, caution, instruction, or expertise can eliminate these inherent risks.

4.2 Release of Claims

You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Snipers Syndicate, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in activities at our range.

4.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snipers Syndicate from any loss or liability arising from your use of the range, including attorney fees and court costs.

5. Property Damage and Equipment

• Members are financially responsible for any damage to targets, equipment, or range
• Steel targets are valued at replacement cost plus installation
• Range equipment damage will be assessed at fair market value
• Environmental damage or cleanup costs are member's responsibility
• All personal equipment must meet safety standards

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

6.1 Location Confidentiality

The exact location of our range is confidential. Members agree not to disclose GPS coordinates, access routes, or range details to non-members. Violation may result in immediate membership termination and legal action.

6.2 Member Privacy

Member information, including names, contact details, and participation records, is confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law enforcement or legal process.

7. Payment Terms

• Annual membership fee: $75.00
• Payment is due upon membership approval
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• NO REFUNDS - All membership fees are final and non-refundable
• Failed payments may result in membership suspension
• Additional fees may apply for equipment damage or special services

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by Member

Members may terminate their membership at any time by written notice. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of membership periods.

8.2 Termination by Snipers Syndicate

We reserve the right to terminate membership immediately for: safety violations, rule violations, non-payment, illegal activity, or conduct detrimental to the organization. No refunds will be provided for terminated memberships.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah and the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be brought in the appropriate courts of Utah or Arizona, depending on the nature of the claim.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms of Service will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
